Can she change her destination later?
Yes. We understand that plans and preferences can change. If she has a different destination in mind later, she can reach out to us and we’ll help her explore the available options. Destination changes are subject to availability and the applicable trip pricing at the time of the change. We’ll always discuss the options with her before making any change.
Can she choose her travel date?
Yes. She can choose from the available SheMusafir group departure dates for her chosen destination, within the validity period of the Gift Pass. We’ll help her find a date works for her.If her preferred date is unavailable, we’ll help her look at the closest suitable options rather than leaving her to figure it out alone.
How will I receive the Gift Pass?
Once your purchase is confirmed, you’ll receive the SheMusafir Gift Pass digitally, which you can share with her as your Rakhi gift. You can simply send it to her, or make the moment special and present it to her yourself. If you purchase before 15 August, we will send her a welcome kit and a physical Pass to make it even more special.
Is the trip safe?
Her safety and comfort remain a priority throughout the journey. She travels with a women-only SheMusafir group, with carefully selected stays, planned transportation and dedicated trip support along the way.
How long is the Gift Pass valid?
The Gift Pass can be redeemed until 31st March 2027, on the available SheMusafir group departure dates.
Can I cancel after purchasing?
Yes. We understand that plans can change, and you can request cancellation subject to our cancellation policy. If you cancel soon after purchase, before any travel dates have been finalised:
1. A 10% service charge will be deducted, and the remaining 90% will be refunded within 7 business days of the cancellation.
2. Once your travel dates have been finalised, different cancellation charges may apply, depending on how close the cancellation is to the departure date. For complete details, please refer to our Cancellation Policy before confirming your travel dates. We believe in keeping the process transparent, so you’ll always know the applicable terms before confirming your travel dates.

She won’t be handed a fixed itinerary. Her journey is thoughtfully personalised around her intentions, interests and what she hopes to take away from the journey, making it truly hers.
